I would not recommend Vale Motors because I didn't realise that they were only undertaking a diagnostic test, the price quoted for repair was astronomical and I wasn't given a copy of the diagnostic report. When I later phoned to say I would not be going ahead with the repair the person I spoke to advised me they would cancel my appointment and note the record. I then got a phone call from the service dept requesting immed pymt over the phone for the tests carried out, when I requested a bill for my records prior to pymt he was very surprised and said he didn't have any pprwork and they didn't accept chq pymts so could I pay with my card immed? I advised him that no I wouldn't I wanted the pprwork first so with very bad grace he agreed to send an invoice. I subsequently recd a phone call reminding me of my apt, which I had cancelled and I have now phoned 3 times trying to pay as I have now recd the invoice and every time the service dept was not avl and no one else could take my pymt, so I am still waiting to pay. And I have still not recd the diagnostic report.

I would recommend Vale Motors because I have bought my last two cars from Vale Motors and been happy with both vehicles and the service received
